Unfortunately, we are on the 1st floor of this clinic with no lift access. Please press the buzzer for the reception to let you into the building, once inside go to the 1st floor and wait on the green couch for your physiotherapist to collect you for your appointment.

Car Park
The closest car park is the London Road Car Park which is a pay and display car park, it is payable by card, cash or app. Please see the below pricing:

Bus Station
The closet bus stop is The Peahen PH (Stop B) which is a quick 1 minute walk away from the clinic.
Train Station
The closet station is the St Albans City Train Station, from here you can catch a bus and do a 12 minute bus journey or a 14 minute walk to the clinic as shown below:
Exterior Of the Building
Go through the gate up the steps and follow the path to the left and go through the left hand side entrance as shown above
