Everything You Need to Know About our Hemel Hempstead Clinic

Hi everyone, as some of you know we are opening our newest South-West Hertfordshire clinic for

face-to-face and virtual NHS physiotherapy sessions!


For all of our patients this post will contain all the information you need to know regarding the new clinic including: parking, waiting areas and how to find us.

Please enter the Jarman Centre via the enterance which is signed as 'The Gym Group' on the right hand side of the hallway there will be a small alcove with a chair for you to wait for your physiotherapist to collect you (this is on the right hand side of the entrance doors)

Please note hours for specific physiotherapists may vary this is based on reception/overall working hours and our lates appointment start at 15:30 so we can close the clinic


 

Parking, Bus Stations, and Train Stations


This clinic has free parking directly out side the front door is disable parking and a drop of area. To the right side of the building (near the subway and play park side of the building) is regular parking.


From the car park just walk straight to the centre of the building and look for entrance marked with planet ice and the gym group.


There a two nearby bus stops the Lime Walk and the Belsize Road stops are a rough 4 minute walk from the clinic.

There are no train stations within walking distance from the clinic unfortuantely. The clostest is the Aspley train station, this is a 8 minute walk away from the Oliver Road bus stop which if you catch the 2 bus and go 5 stops to the shops the clinic is a 15 minute walk away.


Alterantively, you can walk to the Aspley station Road bus station Stop A and catch the 322 bus 7 stops to the Waterhouse Street (Stop 18) and walk about a minute to Waterhouse Street (Stop 19) and catch the H10 bus 7 stops to the Lime Walk stop and the clinic is a 4 minute walk as shown above.


 

Reception and Waiting Area


This clinic does not have a reception unfortunately, there is a small alcove to wait and the physiotherapist will come and collect you for your appointment as outlined above.
